Before the event:
What proof do I need to show in order to be able to attend the event?

Everyone attending Advanced Therapies Week is required to show a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival at the event. We have partnered with StemExpress who will be offering onsite testing.

To book an onsite rapid PCR test, appointments are available from Tuesday 25th, the testing center is in the foyer of the Miami Beach Convention Center and you will get the results within 45 minutes.

Book your appointment by visiting https://phacilitate.setmore.com/.

However, please note that onsite testing capacity is limited and appointments are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I have had COVID within the previous 90 days, what evidence will I need to provide in order to enter the event?

You will need to provide proof of natural immunity.

If you have tested positive in the last 90 days and you have completed 5 days of the required isolation (in line with CDC guidelines) and you have no symptoms, on arrival at the event you will need to show proof of immunity (proof of recent infection that is specific to you for example an email or certificate of your antigen test result that includes your name) and you will need to wear a mask at all times.

I am no longer able to attend the event due to a recent positive PCR test, what do I do?

Please click here for our cancellation terms and conditions.

The results of my PCR test have not arrived; will I still be able to be admitted into the event?

Unfortunately, not. Everyone attending the event will need to show either a negative PCR or proof of natural immunity as stated above.

StemExpress will be offering PCR tests onsite with results available within 30-45 minutes. Once your negative results have been received you will be admitted into the event. To pre-book your appointment please visit https://phacilitate.setmore.com/

I am exhibiting, will COVID checks be in place for build-up?

Yes, COVID checks will be in place for build-up (from 9am Tuesday January 25th) and all exhibitors will need to show either a negative PCR test or proof of natural immunity in order to enter the venue.

Will I be able to collect my event badge without proof of natural immunity or a negative PCR?

No – you will only be able to collect your badge to attend the event by showing either a negative test or proof of natural immunity.

Can I use my fit-to-fly PCR results as evidence to attend the event?

All negative tests must be taken with 72 hours of arrival at the event. If you have taken your fit to fly test within this time frame it is acceptable. However, if the test was not taken within this period, you will need to be re-tested.

During the event:
What happens if I develop symptoms during the event?

If you develop new symptoms, you are required to take a PCR test and self-isolate until you receive a negative result.

If you receive a positive result, you will need to notify the Phacilitate team as soon as possible by emailing Richard.logan@clariongaming.com

Will you have PCR tests available on-site
