Tess Kitchener

Tess Kitchener has over 19 years of industry experience in biotech.  She is a proven leader in process development and manufacturing being involved with early development to commercialization of novel therapies.  She held prior roles at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi. Prior to joining the ElevateBio team, Tess was the Head of Manufacturing for Thermo Fisher Scientific viral vector services where she was responsible for leading the production of gene therapy products.  At ElevateBio, Tess transitioned from leading Manufacturing to Vice President of Business Development for BaseCamp, Elevate’s award-winning Process Development and Manufacturing facility, to help partners get it right from the start
