Barkey is a German family business for medical technology in the field of warming devices. Founded in 1980 by Volker Barkey, Thomas and Christian Barkey together with Armin Nowack and the employees have led the company to worldwide awareness in hospitals & blood banks as well as in cell & gene therapy research.
Barkey’s main goals: Preventing hypothermia and advancing Cell & Gene research. Therefore, Barkey produces solutions for warming or thawing blood products, cellular materials, infusion solutions, etc. Safety is of highest priority, why all products rely exclusively on dry heating systems.
