Is accommodation included in the ticket price? / How do I book accommodation?

Accommodation is not included in the price of your ticket.

However we have a limited number of discounted rooms, which are issued on a first come, first serve basis. 

Please note, we have no affiliated agencies working on behalf of Advanced Therapies Week. If you are approached by one please do not book through them. 

Is food included in the ticket price?

Absolutely!

A delicious breakfast, lunch and all refreshments are included in the price of your ticket.

I can’t make the event, can I access the content virtually?

We believe in the power of connections and know that being together in person is the best way to experience the true magic of Advanced Therapies Week 2025, therefore the event will not be streamed virtually. 

If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer make the event, you can send a colleague in your place by emailing team@phacilitate.com or click here for a cancellation terms and conditions.

When can I access the event app?

The partnering app will go live to exhibitors 8 weeks before the event to start building their profiles, and attendees will have access to start planning meetings 4 weeks before the event.  

The app is exclusively for those who have purchased tickets to attend the event.  

I have been contacted by external companies offering to sell lists of ATW conference attendees along with their contact details?

This is a scam.

Our attendee list is NOT available for sale, neither from ourselves nor via any third parties. Should you wish to establish contact with other attendees prior to or at the event, you are able to do so via the event app, access to which is strictly restricted to attendees. Please be assured that Phacilitate do not, under any circumstances, share the contact details of our customers/delegates with third parties and that all personal data is held securely.

I cannot attend all days of the conference, can I buy a one day pass?

One day passes are issued on case-by-case basis based on individual needs. Please contact team@phacilitate.com to discuss your requirements. 

Can I purchase a ticket on the day of the event?

Tickets are available on the day at the venue, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to avoid paying an increased price for your ticket. 

What is the cancellation policy?

How do I get to the venue?

From the moment you get here, your adventure begins! Getting to the Convention Center and around the city is a breeze thanks to a variety of transportation options available.

Located just three miles away from the Convention Center, getting to the San Diego International Airport takes approximately 10-15 minutes by car or shuttle.

A unique form of transport in San Diego is the electric, open-air vehicles called FRED (Free Ride Everywhere Downtown). This completely free service works through a mobile app and can be a great option if the pick-up times align with your schedule.

Dockless scooter rentals are a fun way to zip around San Diego. Keep in mind your safety and the safety of others, especially around the Convention Center’s front entrance and driveway.

I have specific dietary requirements, can these be accommodated?

We endeavor to cater to specific dietary requirements, you will have the opportunity to specify these at the time of registering. However if you need to notify us of dietary requirements,  please contact team@phacilitate.com 
 
Please note: Due to catering restrictions, any dietary requirements made less than a week before the event, may not be accommodated. It is your responsibility to notify us of any dietary needs in a timely manner to allow us to arrange this for you.

Is free WiFi available at event?

Free wi-fi is available for all those who attend Phacilitate events. Log in details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival.

Can you provide me with an invitation letter?

We are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email team@phacilitate.com to request an invitation letter.

After the event
Where can I download the presentation slides?

Once the event is closed, you will receive an email from us with a web link to access the available presentation slides. You will need to fill a short post event feedback survey to access these.

Is the event CPD accredited?

This event is not currently CPD accredited, however we can provide a letter of attendance post event. Please email the registration office at team@phacilitate.com if you wish to request one.

Where can I find my receipt?

Your payment receipt is included in your confirmation email so please check for this email in your inbox. Still can’t find it? Please contact team@phacilitate.com.
